Import Status

The Import Status reflects the state of your district's ingestion files for auto rostered classes.

  1. Login to EasyBridge.
  2. Go to the District page drop down.
  3. Select Import Status.

Information found on the import status tab includes the last successful import date and time stamp as well as the Import Status of either Active, Warning, Paused, Off, Dry Run, or Error.

There are six possible statuses related to a district's nightly imports.

  • Active - ingestion files are scheduled to process
  • Warning - ingestion files are scheduled to process but none have been submitted after new year rollover
  • Paused - imports are paused, and are running in dry run mode until new year rollover takes place

  • Off - ingestion files are not scheduled to process
  • Dry Run - processed for errors, but not synched downstream
  • Error - download errors and warnings file from SFTP folder
