Schools Page

The Schools page displays a list of Schools managed by the administrator.

  • School administrators can only view the school for which they are associated as an administrator.
  • District admins can view a list of all schools in the district.

Information found on this page includes:

  • School Name: The name of the school.

  • Organization ID: A unique identifier for each school; administrators who use legacy spreadsheets from prior years must replace the School ID with the Organization ID. To learn more, review this handout.

  • School Address: The address of the school.

  • Roster Source:

    • Auto Rostered - Displays the SIS the district uses to roster classes.
    • Manually Rostered - Rosters and classes are manually imported using rostering tools.
    • Rostering Source Not Available - No classes are rostered yet. The roster source is currently unknown.
  • Dual Enrollment Cohort Dates: The district administrators can set the Outlier Cohort dates at a school organization level. Cohort set of dates includes Start dates and End dates, which is crucial for the Outlier products.

    • The cohort dates are available only if there are Dual enrollment Products at the school or district.

    • The cohort start date can be modified at any point leading up to the day it is scheduled to begin. However, once the start date has passed, it can no longer be changed.

    • The teachers will only be able to assign Outlier products after a cohort start date has been selected for their school.

  • Teacher Self Registration: Provides a status indicating whether teachers can register for Savvas platform accounts. The available statuses are listed below.

    • Not Available = The school is completely auto-rostered and teachers cannot register for an account.
    • On = Teachers have the ability to register for a teacher account.
    • Off = The district has disabled teacher self-registration for the school.

Use this setting on this page to activate TSR by school location. TSR is not available at schools configured for Auto-Rostering

  • Class Code Rostering: Displays whether the option for students to be able to join a class with a unique teacher-provided code is on or off.

  • Google Account Linking: Students in auto-rostered districts who also use Google Classroom™ can link their Google Classroom™ account with their Savvas Realize account when enabled for their district. This allows students to have a single identity and access all of their classes regardless of logging into Savvas Realize or Google Classroom™.

  • Google Class Linking: Auto-rostered districts that also use Google Classroom™ can link an existing Realize class to a Google Classroom™ class to prevent creating duplicate classes in Realize. Google Class Linking allows the same features as Google Account Linking by providing a single identity for the students.

Administrators can verify if this setting is ON, OFF, or Not Available for a specific school on the Schools page. Learn more about Google Classroom™ linking in this handout.

  • When Google Account Linking is ON, Google Class Linking can either be ON, or OFF.

  • When Google Account Linking is OFF, Google Class Linking is Not Available.

Account Google Linking is ON by default for EasyBridge Plus districts, and OFF by default for EasyBridge Auto districts. Google Classroom™ linking does not apply nor impact EasyBridge Basic districts. To change any configurations for Google Classroom™ for a specific school, please contact Savvas Technical Support.
