Export Users

Administrators can export all users or a select group of users from EasyBridge. Follow the steps below to Export a group of users.

  1. Log in to EasyBridge using the administrator login. The Classes page appears.
  2. Select Users in the top navigation and then Accounts in the drop-down menu.
  3. Search for or use the Filter to find the users to export. The list of users appears beneath the Filter.
  4. Check the box to the left of the column header Username to export all users, or check the box to the left of individual users to export a smaller subset.

  5. Select the Export button in the Actions row above the list of users. A pop-up window appears.

  6. Enter the export file description, read the PII data acknowledgment, and check the box. Select Export. A message, "Export in progress. Go to View history to see the latest status." appears. Press View export history button to view the View History page.
  7. The View History page contains the list of exported accounts. Select Download next to any of the accounts exported to open a CSV file containing information related to that account.
