Secure Sign Out

With EasyBridge Basic, teachers and students can be logged into multiple platforms at the same time. When finished using all Savvas learning platforms, teachers and students can follow the below steps to securely sign out of all active applications by signing out of one.

Teachers and students follow these steps to securely sign out:

1. Users select sign out of one of the applications in currently working, including Savvas and Realize. Once logged out of one application, the user are redirected to the page, successfully signed out of all of their integrated Savvas applications.

   Single log out reduces the risk of a subsequent user gaining access to the previous user’s learning platforms when using the same computer and browser.

2. It is best practice for users to close or quit their browser to ensure complete security when signing out.

   If a user fails to sign out correctly, their session may become locked and prevent their next login attempt. If this occurs, clear the browser cache and close the browser window. Attempt to sign in again. Should the problem persists, contact support.
