Text Tools Missing With Physical Keyboard In Use

Scenario

On certain Windows devices that have physical keyboards, the text editing tools that appear on the screen may not always be available while editing Notebooks.

1. Open a Notebook page on a Windows device (with a physical keyboard) and create a text box. A toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen for text colors, sizes, characteristics, and lists.



2. Tap outside of the box, and then tap inside the text box. The toolbar does not display.

Workaround

This is a known issue. Use a mouse to click inside the text box to restart the toolbar.
