Windows devices should be sufficiently charged or plugged in when downloading content (units and lessons). In cases where the battery is low but not yet critical, loading may not progress until. Once plugged in, the loading will resume.

Recommendation

Do not allow Windows devices to run low on power when initial content downloads are in progress or when content updates are expected.
