Review an Essay Assignment

After a student has submitted an adaptive essay or a custom essay assignment, you can review the student's text and score feedback for the essay.

Both trained and untrained essay prompts provide scores based on six writing traits. See Trained and Untrained Essay Prompts for more information.

Select the essay assignment, and then select View Details.
Select the student you want to view, and then select Show Essay Scores to review the scores for each of the six writing traits.
Select the Review button to open the essay assignment and view the student's essay text.
Select Exit to return to the list of students.
