Transferred Assignments

As an instructor, you are able to view a list of assignments that a transferred student completed in a class in which they are no longer active in during the academic year. Your class must have one or more programs that share a subject (e.g. Math) with the prior class for Savvas Realize to display the transferred assignments.

Use these steps to view transferred assignments:

1. Select Classes on the top menu bar, and select one of your classes below.

2. Select the Assignments by Students tab.
   

3. Select the name of the student who transferred into your class.

4. Select the Transferred tab.
   

5. You can now view the transferred student's completed assignments.

You will need to reassign a student's work that was either in a "Not Started" or "In Progress" state at the time of the transfer.

The Data tab only displays assessments assigned by the current teacher, not transferred work, in order to ensure the transferred student's work does not significantly impact your data view.
