Print Customized Tests from My Library

The Savvas Realize platform provides teachers with flexible options for printing customized assessments. Please review the following guidelines and limitations to ensure a smooth printing experience.

What Can Be Printed

Only Customized Tests: You can print only those assessments that you have customized. Standard, non-customized tests are not available for printing.
Supported Question Types: All question types can be printed except for multi-step questions and questions with advanced help features. If your assessment contains such questions, those specific questions will not appear in the printed version. Such questions will be available in the print preview.
Randomized Versions: For each customized test, you can print up to two randomized versions. This feature helps you provide different versions of the same test to different students, supporting academic integrity.

How to Access the Print Feature

The print feature is accessible exclusively from the My Library workflow. You must navigate to your My Library section to print customized assessments. Printing is not available from other areas of the platform.

Step-by-Step: Printing a Customized Test

Log in to Savvas Realize and select the My Library tab.
Browse or search for the customized assessment you wish to print.
Select the print icon or select the print option from the assessment’s menu.
If desired, select to print one or both of the randomized versions of the test.
Preview the printable version. All supported question types will be included, except for multi-step questions. Proceed to print as needed.

Additional Notes

Some limitations include:

Multi-step questions and questions with advanced help features like ‘Show hint, ‘Show solution’, ‘View an example’ etc. are not included in printed tests.
Printing is not available for standard (non-customized) assessments.
The print feature is only available through the My Library workflow.
