Access Secure Email Data

Realize Reports uses secure email encryption to ensure school and student data is protected. Complete these steps to confirm your identity and access an encrypted email with your report data.

1. Locate the encrypted email with the report data from noreply@realizereports.com.
2. Open the email and select Unlock Message, which opens the Realize Reports Secure Reader page in your browser.
3. Under Confirm your email, select your email address.
4. To verify your identity using Google^™:
   1. Select Sign in with Google.
   2. Select your email address. The report data email opens with a zipped file attachment.
5.  To verify your identity using a verification link sent to your email address:
   1. Select Or sign-in with a one-time verification link.
   2. Find and open the verification email from noreply@realizereports.com.
   3. In the email, select Verify me to confirm your identity. The report data email opens with a zipped file attachment.
6. Move your mouse pointer over the zipped file and select Download.
