License Reporting
Administrators can access product license information on EasyBridge to gain insight into school and district license use including the following information:
- What products are available to teachers
- Which products are licensed to the district or schools
- How many license subscriptions have been consumed
- How many license subscriptions are available
- When a product is about to or has expired
Knowing when licenses expire enables you to renew and purchase additional licenses to ensure that teachers and students retain online access to their Savvas digital curriculum programs.
EasyBridge displays licenses for products on integrated learning platforms, including: Savvas Realize, MathXL® for School, and ClassView (iLit).
MathXL® for School and iLit are included in license information only if the district opted to integrate these products with EasyBridge Auto.

To view product license information, follow the steps below after you sign in to EasyBridge.
- Select the Products tab.
- Filter by selecting one of the status buttons, search by the product name, or select a product image. This brings you to the product details page where you can view license usage, manage associated classes, export, and navigate to the class details page.
- Select the number in the box for Teachers or Students to see a list of who is using the selected product.
License information in EasyBridge excludes hidden classes, as well as classes that have not yet started. Class counts include the following criteria:
- EasyBridge Auto/Plus (integrated classes)
- In session
- Not marked for deletion
- Not hidden
- Has any roster source type (auto-rostered, manually rostered, Google Classroom™ imported)

There are four different statuses for product licenses, depending on use and expiration dates.
- Active Licenses - The license is active, teachers are using the product and the school or district is within the quantity of licenses purchased.
-
Expired Licenses - Teachers and students no longer have access to the product. Purchase a new license to reactivate access for teachers and students.
- Overconsumption - Licenses used exceeds the number of licenses purchased.
-
Unused Licenses - No teachers have added the product to classes on the learning platform. (It is possible that teachers may be using the product for front-of-class instruction. Since teachers are not counted in license consumption, the license may still display as unused.

Each transaction or product purchase is considered a license pool and will display on the License pool details tab, located on the product details page. Licenses can be purchased by schools and districts. Information displayed on the Product Details page include:
- Organization that purchased licenses
- Start Date
- End Date
- Status
- Total number of licenses purchased
- Total number of licenses being used
- Total number of licenses still available

If a teacher assigns a product to their Google Classroom™ class and the same product to an identical non-Google Classroom™ class, license usage will be counted once unless the class is in a different organization. It is recommended teachers hide the non-Google class so students do not see a duplicate class.
