Cancel a Shared Assessment

Admin users can cancel the shared content whether it's been assigned out or not. Once shared, an assessment can no longer be edited.

When the admin user had shared and it is assigned by teacher, admin user will be able to cancel the share but cannot remove or edit from the assessments.

Students and teachers can still see the assessment in their assignment and teacher can go and hide the assignment if they want to do so.

When the admin user shared and the teacher didn’t assign it, the admin user cancel the share bu the teacher cannot view this item, and the admin user can remove the assessment if they want.

Select My Library on the top menu bar.
Optionally, select the Share Content filter in left panel to show only the assessments you have shared.
Select the ellipsis for a shared item, and then select Cancel Share.
Select Cancel Share in the confirmation box.
