View Sent Reports

You can use the Sent Reports list to view information about the reports you have sent. This includes both scheduled and one-time requests.

To view sent reports, click the Manage menu, and select Sent Reports. You can also use the column sort features to help you locate a specific send request.

In addition to the report name, type, sent date and time, filters used, and the recipient(s) of the data, the Sent Reports list displays the following about each send report request:

Column Icon Description
Method Data was sent as a one-time email or file transfer.
Data was sent as a scheduled email or file transfer.
Status

Data was sent successfully.

Data was not sent successfully. Move your mouse pointer over the icon to see the explanation. Potential failure reasons are:

  • No data met the selected report criteria.

  • Data exceeded the 15 MB limit for sending via email. Further filter the report or send the report via SFTPClosed Secure File Transfer Protocol.

  • Report send failure. Try to resend the report. If the issue occurs again, contact Technical Support.
