Prescriptive Scheduling Aggregate (by Teacher) Report

The Prescriptive Scheduling Aggregate (by Teacher) Report shows prescriptive data by teacher for a specific grade at a single school. The purpose of this report is to enable administrators to see how forecasting projections compare among teachers at the same grade and level. It also allows for the review of student data aggregated by teachers for HSMClosed High Stakes Management or similar uses for managing results on high stakes tests. Teachers can use this data to monitor student progress and prescribe lessons to improve student performance levels.

Run the Report

  1. After login, press View Reports > SuccessMaker Reports, then select Prescriptive Scheduling Aggregate report.

  2. Select the View Reports drop-down menu option, then press SuccessMaker Reports.

  3. Choose Prescriptive Scheduling Aggregate report.

  4. In SAVED REPORT OPTIONS, you can select a saved report option from the previously saved list.

  5. In the Organizations Section, select an organization from the list of available options

  6. In the COURSE SELECTION section, do the following:

    • In the Subject drop-down list, choose Math or Reading, to run reports for Math or Reading assignments.

    • Select a course to include in the report. Course selection includes the following Math and Reading courses/assignments:

      • Default

      • Custom by Settings

  7. Target Date: Specify the date the student is expected to reach the forecasted target level by entering a date in Target Date. (Report results are based on school days as defined in the Holiday Scheduler.)

  8. Set Target Level per Grade: Move the slider to set the target levels the students are expected to achieve for each available grade. In increments of .05, grade levels from 0.00 to 8.95 for reading and up to 9.40 for math are available.

  9. In the Filter and Display Options section, optionally do one or more of the following:

    • In the Sort drop-down list, select how you would want the information to be sorted.

    • Student Demographic Filters:

      • Disability Status: Select disability status filters.

      • Ethnicity: Select ethnicity filters.

      • Race: Select race filters.

      • Socioeconomic Status: Select socioeconomic status filters

      • English Language Proficiency: Select English proficiency filters.

      • Migrant Status: Select migrant status filters.

      • Special Services: Select Special Services Program filters

  10. Press Save Report Options to save your selection for the next time you run the report, and then do one of the following:

    • In the Name and save this new custom report configuration text box, type a unique name for your report options, and then press Save.

    • You can Select an existing custom report configuration to be replaced/updated, and then press Save.

  11. Press Run Report. Your report opens in a new window/tab.

  12. Use the PDF button in the top right of your browser window to export the report, if desired. See Getting Started with Reports for more information about exporting.

Population

  • Students Included: Number of students included in the report.

  • Students Not Included: Number of students not included in the report's projected data, including students in IPClosed Initial Placement; the first level of entry into a course., students without gain after IP, students more than 3.0 levels below target, and students who have yet to start the course.

Performance Data

  • Current Course Level (Mean): Mean level at which the included students are presently working in the course.

  • IP Level (Mean): If the IP setting is On, this column displays the mean IP level for the included students. If the IP setting is Off, this column does not display.

  • Start Level (Mean): If the IP setting is Off, this column displays the mean course level at which the included students started working. If the IP setting is On, this column does not display.

  • Time Since IP (Mean): If the IP setting is On, this column displays the mean time spent in the course after IP completion by the included students. If the IP setting is Off, this column does not display.

  • Time (Mean): If the IP setting is Off, this column displays the mean time spent in the course by the included students. If the IP setting is On, this column does not display.

  • Percent Students With AP: Number of included students in the school with APClosed Acceptable Performance: For Math, AP is achieved when 90% or more of the judged skills are mastered. For Reading, AP is achieved when 75% or more of the judged skills are mastered. divided by the total number of included students in the school.

  • Percent Students at Target Level: Number of included students in the school that are at or above the target level divided by the total number of included students.

Current Forecast

  • Projected End Level (Mean): Mean of the projected course levels for all included students at the target date.

  • Percent Students to Achieve Target Level: Number of included students projected to reach the target level divided by total number of included students.

Prescription

Average Add'l Min/Day to Target (Students Projected Below Target): Based on the most recent 20 school days of activity, the average number of additional minutes recommended for increasing the students' current rates in order to reach the school's Target Level by the Target Date.

Element

Data Description

Mean Average of all selected students for whom actual data is displayed in the report. Any column with (- -) is not included in this calculation.

Standard Deviation

Standard deviation of all selected students in the report. Any column with (- -) is not included in this calculation.
