Cumulative Performance Aggregate Report
The Cumulative Performance Aggregate Report (CPAR) enables you to monitor performance and progress for an entire school. This report shows information for one or more schools' performance including course level and gain, usage time, raw exercise performance, and mastery performance.
The Cumulative Performance report is available for all course types.
Run the Report

After login, press View Reports > SuccessMaker Reports, then select Cumulative Performance report.

In the SAVED REPORT OPTIONS, you can select a saved report option from the previously saved list.

In the Organizations Section, choose 1 or more organizations to generate the report at the district level or choose SELECT ALL.

In the COURSE SELECTION section, do the following:

In the Subject drop-down list, choose Math or Reading to run reports for Math or Reading assignments.

In the Course(s) drop-down list, select the course(s) you want to include in the report, or choose SELECT ALL for all courses.

In the Filter and Display Options section, optionally, do one or more of the following:
- Group Status - You can choose to view Grouped, Ungrouped, or both Grouped and Ungrouped.
The Default setting is to include only Grouped Students.

Sub-Grouping - Choose how the information is grouped in the report.

Disability Status — Select disability status filters

Ethnicity — Select ethnicity filters

Race — Select race filters

Socioeconomic Status — Select socioeconomic status filters

English Language Proficiency — Select English proficiency filters.

Migrant Status — Select migrant status filters.

Special Services — Select Special Services Program filters

Student Account Status — You can choose to view Active, Inactive, or both Active and Inactive students.
- Group Status - You can choose to view Grouped, Ungrouped, or both Grouped and Ungrouped.

Press Save Report Options to save your selection for the next time you run the report, and then do one of the following:

In the Name and save this new custom report configuration text box, type a unique name for your report options, and then press Save.

You can Select an existing custom report configuration to be replaced/updated, and then press Save.

Press Run Report. Your report opens in a new window/tab.

Use the PDF or CSV buttons in the top right of your browser window to export the report, if desired. See Getting Started with Reports for more information about exporting.
Read the Report Data

Report Run | Date and time the report was generated reflects the district’s time zone. |

Acceptable Performance | Donut chart that displays the Percentage of Students with Acceptable Performance. |
Current Level and Gain | Displays the largest and smallest gain for the grades reported for the report. |
Course Level Gain by Grade Graph | Graph that displays the average course level gain since initial placement for each grade. |

Element | Data Description |

Mean | Average of all selected student for whom actual data is displayed in the report, excluding Session Date. Any row with (- -) is not included in this calculation. |
Standard Deviation | Standard deviation of all selected students in the report, excluding Date. Any row with (- -) is not included in this calculation. |
% of Students with AP | Percentage of students with AP for whom actual data is displayed in the report. |

Report Options
You can run the report with the default settings or you can select options to customize the report. See Cumulative Performance Aggregate Report Results for descriptions of the report fields.

View the number of schools, teachers, grades, and groups selected for the report. This data display starts with 1 School (includes all teachers, grades, groups and students). |

Select Math Courses or Reading Courses. You must select a subject before you can choose a course. |
