Group Details - Mastery

The Mastery tab in the group details page allows you to view mastery performance of assessed skills and standards for any type of Math or Reading course. The mastery status and performance information provided includes performance during IP Initial Placement; the first level of entry into a course..

Select Groups in the top menu bar, and then select View Group next to the group you want to view.

Group Usage

The Group Usage panel shows the number of minutes or hours the group has spent in Math and/or Reading courses for THIS WEEK, LAST WEEK, and the SCHOOL YEAR so far.
Skills Assessment
The Skills Assessment panel shows the top three skills assessed by the students in the group for the selected assignment.
- Select View Details to see the Assignment Details page for the assignment.
- Use the drop-down box to select a different assignment.
- Select the skill name to view the LO Learning Object - A learning object is a collection of shared content objects related to a skill.s aligned to the skill.

Select the Mastery tab.
Select Math or Reading in the first box, select a framework, and then select one or more assignments.
Select Apply Filter. The group's assessed objectives display.
- Assessed Objectives—Displays the hierarchy of the assessed objectives. For Math objectives, you can select the bright-blue text highlighting the learning object file name to preview the LO Learning Object - A learning object is a collection of shared content objects related to a skill. in a new browser tab.
- # Student Assessments—Displays a colored bar that graphically represents the number of students with each mastery status.
Select the arrow to the right of an assessed objective to view individual student performance for that objective. For the selected objective you can see the name and description of the skill or standard, the number of student assessments included, and a colored bar that graphically represents the number of students with each mastery status.
The students assessed display in a list below, grouped by assignment. Select any column header to sort your student list by that column.
Select the left arrow at the top of the tab to return to the full list of assessed objectives.
Use the additional tabs to view the group's Assignments, Settings, and Users.
