SuccessMaker Foundations of High School Math

Foundations of High School Math provides a personalized adaptive intervention for high school students who haven’t yet mastered all the prerequisite skills necessary for success in classes like Algebra 1, Geometry and Mathematics 1.

The Prescriptive Scheduling Report helps track student progress and adjust schedules to meet performance goals. By setting a timeframe and target level, the report forecasts students’ progress and calculates the extra time needed to reach targets. Ensure students have completed at least 7 hours in SuccessMaker post-Initial Placement for accurate predictions.

Your teacher dashboard also offers a variety of real-time reports to ensure students are making progress and achieving growth. Reports feature visual representations for easy and quick data interpretation.

Report Key Features:

  • Cumulative Performance Report: View how your students are performing overall and those that are reaching Acceptable Performance levels.

  • Student Performance Report: View how individual students are performing to see growth and gains. When running this report, be sure to input school year start (first day of school) and end dates (last day of school).

Additional reports available include: Areas for Growth Report, Session History Report, Mastery Report, and Prescriptive Scheduling Report.

Let’s kick off the year right in a positive way. SuccessMaker has proven through research over the years that when the program is used with fidelity, students will make gains. It is recommended that students complete one hour per week for both reading and math, with flexibility for 20-minute sessions 3x per week.

This section of the Teacher Dashboard will provide you with best practices for SuccessMaker Reading and Math throughout the 2024’-2025’ School Year. Please be on the lookout for videos and documents that will support you in getting started with SuccessMaker.

SuccessMaker Report Updates

The Teacher Session History Report now has the option to view students’ SuccessMaker course level from the previous school year. To see this, teachers will need to click on the box, Show Last Year Course Level, under optional information when running the report.

The Teacher Cumulative Performance Report added a visualization for teachers to quickly see the percentage or number of students reaching acceptable performance.

The Teacher Prescriptive Scheduling Report enhanced a visualization for teachers to quickly see the percentage or number of students on track to reach target goals.
