Student Performance Report
The Student Performance Report (SPR) provides detailed information about student performance and progress in a course. The report includes cumulative and recent performance information in both Math and Reading, Initial Placement performance information, and identifies specific areas for growth in a course.
The Student Performance report is available for both Default and Custom by Settings assignments.
Run the Report

Select Reports on the top menu bar, and then choose Student Performance report.

In the SAVED REPORT OPTIONS, you can select a saved report option from the previously saved list.

In the GROUPS AND STUDENTS section, do one of the following:

Select Groups, and then select the group(s) you want to include in the report. You can also search for a group in the Search groups box and filter your results.

Select Students, and then select to select each student you want to include in the report. You can also search for a student in the Search students box and filter your results.

In the COURSE SELECTION section, do the following:

In the Subject drop-down list, choose Math or Reading, to run reports for Math or Reading assignments.

In the Assignments drop-down list, select the assignment(s) you want to include in the report, or choose SELECT ALL for all assignments. You can also search for an assignment in the Search assignments box and filter your results.

In the School Year section, enter the following:

In the Start Date field, specify the date which the school year started by either typing the date using mm/dd/yyyy or using the calendar selection by selecting the calendar icon.

In the End Date field, specify the date which the school year is expected to complete by either typing the date using mm/dd/yyyy or using the calendar selection by selecting the calendar icon. (Report visualizations and results are based on these two dates which should be entered as accurately as possible).

In the Filter and Display Options section, optionally do one or more of the following:

Sub-grouping—Choose how the information is grouped in the report.

Display—Select how the student is identified in the Student column of the report.

Student Name
-
Student ID
-
Student Username.

Select the Mask Student Display box to hide the student names.
- Include Performance Summary—Select Yes to display or No to hide the Performance Summary.

Include Performance By Strand—Select Yes to display or No to hide Performance by Strand.

Include Areas For Growth—Select Yes to display or No to hide Areas For Growth.

Dates at Risk—Select the period of student history data to display in the report.

Language—Select English or Spanish.

Select Save Report Options to save your selection for the next time you run the report, and then do one of the following:

In the Name and save this new custom report configuration text box, type a unique name for your report options, and then select Save.

You can Select an existing custom report configuration to be replaced/updated, and then select Save.

Optionally, select Reset to revert any changes made to the default selections made in the form.

Select Run Report. Your report opens in a new window/tab.

Use the PDF or CSV buttons in the top right of your browser window to export the report, if desired. See Getting Started with Reports for more information about exporting.
Read the Report Data

Report Run | Date and time the report was generated reflects the district’s time zone. |

This report is unavailable to customers with a SuccessMaker Focus SuccessMaker Focus is designed to help address students’ unfinished learning in Grades 1-8 Reading and Math. These pre-built courses hone in on the literacy and math skills most critical for students’ future academic success. license only. You must have a full SuccessMaker license.
Additional Report Options
Within the report window/tab, you can do one or more of the following:

Select Export Data to export the data in the report in CSV file A comma-separated values file of specially-formatted plain text storing information as one record per line with each field separated by a comma. format.

Select Export Report to export selected report pages in selected format.

Select Print to print selected report pages in selected formats, including HTML and PDF. If the Print dialog box does not appear after selecting the Print report button, right select and select the Print option from the browser right-select menu.
