In some instances you may receive an error message when attempting to download a book or portion of a book. This can occur if:
Your Internet connection is disrupted. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and try to download the content again.
You don't have enough space left on your device to complete the download. Check the amount of available space on your device, and if needed, remove downloaded content you are no longer using.
If you are using the app in Safari® on an iPad®, downloads are limited to 200MB. If the book you want to download contains chapters larger than 200MB, the Select All option will not display and chapters larger than 200MB will display an Unable to download message.
