Reports Overview

The Reports menu provides categorized lists of the available reports for the selected district. A report's displayed data is based on the set score ranges, selected filter options, and column sorting that enables you to focus and rearrange the data you want to view.

Once you choose a report, you can change the filter options, click Run, and then securely send the data once or schedule a recurring email or file transfer of the data in CSV comma separated values format for easy access outside of Realize Reports.

Teacher Assignment

Realize Reports lists a class's teacher in various reports. When a class has more than one teacher, Realize Reports relies on information provided through a district's integration with EasyBridge. If a Teacher of Record is assigned, this is the teacher listed in reports. If none or more than one Teacher of Record is provided, the Lead Teacher designation is checked. If this information is inconclusive the first teacher assigned to the class is listed in reports.

Diagnostic reports are available only for MSDA and LSDA users.
