Manually Score an Assignment

While some tests and assignments are automatically scored, other assignment types may require manual review and scoring. Certain types of assignments such as those that are PDFs, Google Docs™, Realize Reader Selections Realize Reader Selection (RRS) assignments open directly in Realize and focus on the specific text and features required to complete the assigned activities., and manual assessments require manual reviews and scoring. Grouped assignments that may contain both automatic and manually scored types will also typically require review and manual scoring.

Select Classes on the top menu bar, and select one of your classes below.
On the left navigation pane, select Assignments, and then select Assignments by Class tab.
Select an assignment, and then select Score. The Overall Score is the system-generated average of all scored items, but you can override the Overall Score for completed assignments.
To modify the score for a student, select the text box and enter your desired point value.

If a student completes additional work after submitting the assignment, the score is not automatically updated.
