Admin-Customized Assessment for Export

The Admin-Customized Assessment report provides data on the assessments created and pushed through the admin-custom assessment tool in Realize. By delivering these assessments, the district can ensure a common data set and easily schedule this report to grab extensive data.

This report is in a “raw data” format and is primarily intended to be exported to CSV format using the Send or Schedule feature.

Run Your Report

  1. Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Admin-Customized Assessment for Export report.

  2. Do one of the following:

  • Starting at the left, select the Dates filter options.

  • Select the Programs filter and select one or more programs.

  • Select the Schools filter and select one or more schools.

  • Select the Teachers filter and select one or more teachers.
  • Select the Classes filter and select one or more classes.
  • Select the Students filter and select one or more students.

  • Select the Assessments filter to further refine the report data.

By default, All will be selected in Programs, Schools, Teachers, Classes, Students, and Assessments filters.

  • Select the filter from the list, and then select Load.

  1. Select Run Report to generate the report.

  2. Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:

    1. Select Save in the top right of the filter area.

    2. Type a unique Filter Name, select Save, and then select Close.

      Filter names are case-sensitive.

Use the following additional features to customize your view and use of the report's data:

Select any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

Some columns may be blank as some fields, such as Mandating Education Organization, are not authored for all programs.
