Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard

The Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard report is based only on the standards designated for mastery on which a student has been assessed. The report provides the cumulative scores on standards sets and standards for all schools within the selected filter options.

To access a tabular, “raw data”, version of this report, use the Send or Schedule feature to send a .csv export to email, Google Drive, or SFTP.

Run Your Report

Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard report.
Do one of the following:
Use Filters to focus your data results.
- Starting at the left, select the Dates filter options.
- Select the Programs filter and select one or more programs.
- Select the Schools filter and select one or more schools.
- Select the Teachers filter and select one or more teachers.
- Select the Classes filter and select one or more classes.
- Select the Students filter and select one or more students.
- Select the Standards Sets filter and select one or more standards sets.
- Select the Assessments filter and select one or more assessments.

Select Load in the top right of the filter area to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.
- Select the filter from the list, and then select Load.
Select Run Report to generate the report.
In the report results, use the caret to open a Standards Set row and view individual standards.
Continue to drill down to view additional data on each standard in the set by school, class, and student.
Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:
1. Select Save in the top right of the filter area.
2. Type a unique Filter Name, select Save, and then select Close.
  
  Filter names are case-sensitive.

Report Data Elements

Select any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

The order of columns may differ in the raw data CSV file accessible via Send or Schedule.

Elements	Data Descriptions
Standards Set	Name of the standards set. Use the caret to open a Standards Set row to drill down and view the standard description.
Standard Code & Description	Identification code and complete description text of the standard. Use the caret to continue drill down. In the raw data CSV received when using Send or Schedule, these fields are separated.
School	Name of the school. Use the caret to continue drill down.
Class - Teacher	Name of the class and teacher. Use the caret to continue drill down. In the raw data CSV received when using Send or Schedule, these fields are separated.
Student	Name of the student. Select the student's name to see the student's user name and district SIS student information system student number and identification, if applicable. In the raw data CSV received when using Send or Schedule, the Student Name and Student Login fields are separated.
% Score	By standards set: Average standards scores in the standard set across all students within the selected filter options. By standard: Average score on the standard across all students within the selected filter options. By school: Average score on the standard across all students at the school. By class: Average score on the standard across all students in the class. By student: Percentage of points earned by the student, out of the total possible points for the standard, across all assessments that tested the standard within the selected filter options.
Student ID (in raw data CSV)	Student identifier provided by the district when syncing from the district SIS student information system with EasyBridge. This value is district-specific and unique for the student.
Source ID (in raw data CSV)	Student identifier provided by the district when syncing from the district SIS student information system with EasyBridge. This value is typically an alpha-numeric GUID created by the district's SIS student information system for each student.
